For travelers going with the Hartford Whalers Booster Club and traveling north of the border

there is a new way to go with out the expense of a passport, the U.S. Post office in conjunction 

with the U.S. Department of State will now issue the Passport card these are for people going

 by land or sea to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean or Bermuda. you still need a passport if going by

air to any of the above. the cost is $45.00 instead $100.00 plus picture this is of significant savings
